Chile and Haiti: A story of Two Earthquakes

The 8.degree earthquake that strike Chile untimely on Feb. 27 was 500 times stronger than the 7.0 quake that murdered an expected 200,000 Haitians previous month. And so far the number of wounded in Chile appears to be exponentially less significant, with the administrator loss toll still in the hundreds.
